Review: Paid to have a tree and tree stumps removed in May that was never completedDesired Settlement: To be reimbursed the $400.00 that was paid for a job not done.

Review: We contracted with this individual to cut down 2 large pine trees. We paid, in full, the day he cut down the trees. Our payment of $1200 was for two large pine trees to be cut down to the stump. As part of the agreement, all wood was to be hauled away. He cut down the trees, but left the timber in our yard. He said it would be removed within a week. Two weeks and several phone calls later, it was finally removed. The first tree was cut down to the stump, as we requested. We had requested the same for the second tree. He left 8-10 feet of tree stump still standing and told us he or someone else would be back to finish the job. It is now 3 1/2 weeks later and he still has not returned to finish the job. We have called him 4 times about this issue (using the two different phone numbers that are listed on his business website.) He has never answered. We have left a message each time. He has not returned our calls.Desired Settlement: All we are asking is that he return to finish the job that we agreed upon and for which he has already been paid. The tree should be cut down to the stump and the lumber should be taken away. This is in line with our original agreement. We would like this finished in a timely manner.

Review: Hired Hamilton to do some tree work......did not complete the job......asked to be paid up front (with a slight 5% discount) for the total job......said he would be back in a few days......total payment was made (2 months ago).......was yet to come back to complete the job......he will not return calls, but has texted me several times to say he is coming.......has yet to show up......I talked to several of his neighbors (he recently moved).......No one knows to where he moved, but said that "I am not the only one looking for him" and that he is a "scammer".......I spoke with another tree service in the Indiana area and they comfirmed the neighbors comments......Hamilton presents himself as "insured".......HE IS NOT......I am out $200.00.Desired Settlement: At this point, refund my money

Review: Paid Mr Hamilton $1000 on April 27, 2015 for a service that was not preformed. He was to cut down a tree for us. Asked for the money in advance due to equipment and vehicle problems. He said he would return within 2 weeks to cut the tree down. No show and will not returned phone calls. W paid him out of the goodness of our heart and this is the thanks we get. Hearing he has scammed other people the same way.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of our $1000.
