On the phone call - but it was phone calls and emailsA simple I apologies for not finishing the job I will be back on or between these dates to finish will be satisfory - all the rest is empty air for not taking responsibility to a *** who paid him promptly and didn't complain

hello, to whom it may concern. I would like to comment on this complaint. first of all, [redacted] hired my company to install a bluestone patio for him. we started the project on time and worked on it everyday until we finished. we cleaned up the grass areas very nice and [redacted] was very happy with our...

efforts. I explained to [redacted] that he should expect that the stone dust settle in between the bluestones and not be worried about it because it's needs to fill in under the stones. I told him that in a few months or so I would stop by and sweep in more stone dust on the patio and check for any stones that may need to be adjusted. that did not happen before winter. but doesn't jeopardize or compromise the patio. we will be starting back to work next week and all the projects that were completed in 2013 patios and planting jobs will get inspected . this is normal procedure. shortly after the completion of his patio, [redacted] called me a couple of times to have my guys dig some holes for his new fence, which I did in a timely manner so his fence person could complete there work. after this work I became crazy busy with work. I was awarded several large projects all at once and for the next 6 to 8 weeks just plain flat out. during this time [redacted] had called a few times trying to get me to do some other work and I didn't return his calls and many other new potential clients. [redacted] and I finally spoke and I apologized for not getting back to him in a timely fashion. because I dropped the ball on my phone calls I never sent [redacted] an invoice for my labor for digging the fence post holes, which was about 150.00 for labor. I thought that would be a nice gesture to patch up things. I see that [redacted] forgot to mention that. I have been in the Revdex.com for 5 years now and this is the first comment that I have received. thanks for your time. [redacted]
