service on your carport.  I am sorry  we have not communicated better and provided service for you in a more timely manner. I understand your frustration and am fully aware of what is necessary to make the corrections that are needed. I placed a phone call to you this evening (8/17/16) around 6:35pm and received a voice mail. I will call again in the morning to make arrangements to move forward to get things completed for you in a timely manner. After meeting with you last month I sat down with our installation supervisor and reviewed the photos that I had taken and shared the concerns that you had expressed to me during my inspection with you. Although during that time we were in peak season of one of our busiest years in recent memory, I wanted to do everything I could to resolve this in a timely manner for you. Especially after so much time had lapsed since your original call to us. I requested our installer contact you within a few days and follow up with a scheduled appointment to meet with you.  Once more you contacted our office after I had met with you and once more I met with our installation supervisor to ensure that he reach out to you immediately and set a time to get things completed for you. I should had stayed in closer touch with you as our installer did come out with anticipations of starting, however he did not get a hold of you and did not follow up. I'm so sorry for the delays Mr. [redacted]. I will contact you again tomorrow and follow up with you as my top priority until all is complete.  I sincerely appreciate your business and once more I extend my apologies for the communications and delays you've experienced.   Sincerely, Operations manager, [redacted]

We attempted to reach our customers several times to complete the interior portion of his project and continued to get a 'busy' signal from the phone number provided and was unable to schedule an appointment to complete the interior portion of his project. Upon reviewing his letter we were able to...

contact him by email and subsequently set an appointment and schedule the completion of his job. We completed the job on Monday October 31, 2016 and will stay in contact to ensure he is  satisfied and happy with the  products and services we provided.
