Review: I was rear ended on the Northbound 805 Freeway on 4/10/15, the accident was reported to J[redacted] Insurance Agency, K[redacted] was the person I spoke to. K[redacted] stated to me that a claim was filed and I would be hearing from an adjuster promptly to assess the damage to my vehicle. Over the course of the next month I called and spoke with K[redacted] several times inquiring about the progress of my claim, every time K[redacted] assured me a claim had been filed and I just needed to be patient. Between that time and now I have spoke with K[redacted] a handful of times (I have initiated every phone call), and K[redacted] now tells me that a claim was never filed and that I have to use my own insurance to get my vehicle fixed that was damaged by his companies insuree. Every time I ask to speak to J[redacted], I am told he is not in the office. The last two times I've called I've had to call from a different number because they stopped answering my calls. J[redacted] is also a Farmer's insurance agent, not the customer service you would expect from an employee of a reputable company like Farmer's. Please help!Desired Settlement: I would like an adjuster to look ay my vehicle, assess the damage, and compensate me for the repair cost.
