Review: My 2008 Chevy Cobalt was recalled and I took it to Jeff Johnson. They held my car for almost 3 months in a gravel bed, weed infested parking lot filled with standing water. When the Ignition switch was finally fixed I went to get my car only to find out my left rear tire had dry rotted, I had no A/C or Radio. I had to buy a new battery after being told that my battery was causing issues with the repairs. My gas gauge fluctuates with every start of the car.Desired Settlement: I believe that they should have checked over the car before telling me that it was completed and make sure that repairs were made for damages while car was not in my possession. I now no longer want to ever do service with Jeff Johnson but believe they should have to respond with the settlement equal to the value of a new car ($20,000)

This customer was involved in the big recall of colbalts for ignition switches. Gm gave customers rental cars until the part was available. This customer’s car was here for 2 months not 3 . the customers car was in a secure lot. The customer is complaining about dry rot tires,batt, ac,etc. the customers car has almost 140000 miles and was not in the greatest condition when it was brought to us. We can not control the condition of vehicles when the customer does not seem to care about the condition of there vehicle.

Review: I purchased a brand new car from this dealer almost two weeks ago. On July 5th. I was told twice by the salesman [redacted] that the vehicle had siriusxm. and on the test drive he told me again I could transfer xm from the car I was trading in to this 2014 chevy malibu. I was told after the sale while I was switching stuff from my old to my new car that, oh, I forgot to tell you, it doesnt come with floor mats. On monday, July 7th, I called [redacted], and asked why I see xm categories on my radio but nothing else, he said let me check and I will call you back. that was 805 am. he hadnt called back by 230 pm so I called him. he then denied ever saying it had xm and that my car doesnt. I was furious. After purchasing the car that saturday, he handed me my front tags and said when you bring the car back we will put the front tag bracket on and the skirting under the front bumper. I started writing them email at the dealership cause I was pissed. He finally called and said we have to resolve something, you are the most unsatisfied customer I ever had. (this was the sales manager [redacted]). He said they needed a good CSS. He would order a docking sirius xm for my car, and when it came in he would call me to bring the car in, install the xm, throw in the floor mats, and install front tag bracket and underskirt and give me a car to run around it while they do this. That was a week and a half ago. This is July 17, 214 8:52 pm and I have not heard a word from anybody. What a negligent dealership toward its customers. I have never ever had a dealership lie to me and ignore me like they have. especially with their advertising.Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed. It shouldve been done. They should have re install a radio in my car with sirius xm, the mats, and a huge apology.
