Attached is the Invoice for *** We meet with [redacted] and gave him a contract price of to Install a vinyl fence with posts to his front porch he called a few days later and wanted to hire us for the contract price of we than went with people to install his fence and were and when we were completed I meet with [redacted] with the invoice I have attached he had requested at that time a print out of the labor and material prices I said I would talk with [redacted] and if possible email him one over I spoke with [redacted] and he said we do not send out our prices from the lumber yard Not sure why [redacted] needs to see the prices we did the job for exactly what the price stated on his contract he could of gotten other quotes or priced out himself at the lumber yard We are not hiding anything we just do not separate out labor and material
We have ever intention of paying him the money owed . The house project materials ran way over and I did. It want to charge them any more as to what the contract was I am working at getting him paid back and as far as other tax issues and garishmements we never were dishonest that is...
personal stuff not business stuff I will be paying him back I am planing on sending him payments as soon as I can

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.
When I asked her for cost break down she never said that she had to talk with [redacted] or that they don't give out the prices of materials in fact she told me as soon as she got the prices from the lumber yard she would send me the cost breakdown. I do not think that requesting a breakdown of materials and labor is an unusual request. In fact when they were here doing the railing I asked [redacted] to give me an estimate on a window replacement which he did and he broke down the cost of labor and the cost of the window with a couple of variations in trim. So for them to all of sudden say that they don't give out material costs and labor separate to me is an indicator that they are trying to hide something. I would not and will not recommend them if this is the way they do business. Actually, I have already told someone I would not recommend them without giving out their name.
