[redacted] rebate is not due just yet.Our records show that [redacted] received his [redacted] dishwasher on 1/26/16.The rebate takes 8-10 weeks to process and mail to the customer, this is stated on the [redacted] rebate form, and explained by our salespeople to the customer when they give the customer...

the rebate form.So actually, the earliest the rebate could arrive to [redacted] if he mailed it on 1/27/16, the next day after he got his dishwasher so he could get the serial number off his unit for his rebate form, would be 3/27/16 = 8 weeks.The latest he would receive it could be @ 4/10/16, if it takes the entire 10 weeks to process. After 4/10/16, if he doesn't receive it, and sometimes rebates from all manufacturers get delayed,  we will be happy to call [redacted] and help  and get it resolved.Sincerely,[redacted]

We have contacted the [redacted]'s, and let them know that we are replacing the [redacted] range in question, and we will be handling the exchange.  The replacement will be made after the new range arrives, it is due in at the end of this week, and then we will arrange the installation/swap out....

[redacted] authorized the [redacted] to come to our store and re-select, that they "[redacted]" would give them a full refund. 
Our Mgr. told the [redacted] that "WE" could not give them a refund, we would contact [redacted] and find out how this would work.
To confuse things worse, [redacted] then told us that since the sofa was over 12 months  old, that they wouldn't do anything about it.
Our Mgr., got heavily involved again, and told [redacted] that they had better do what they said, that the customer was told by us that we would make something happen to resolve this.
After much effort by the store Mgr.- [redacted] agreed to replace their sofa and their chair, and since we were no longer a [redacted] dealer, they could go to another [redacted] dealer and get both pieces of equal value replaced at No Charge.
So, after all the confusion that [redacted] caused, and much work on our part, the [redacted] furniture is being completely replaced. Even though it is over a year old.

After review with our Warehouse Management and our delivery team, we did hear from them pretty much the same story as [redacted] described. Our team neglected to communicate properly with [redacted] which did cause missed appointments. So we agree that we need to pay for her missed time, and the damage...

to her apartment. 
 
Apartment Damage:  $150.
 
Missed Appointment reimbursement: $250.
 
Total check mailed 9/12/14 :  $400.00
 
We are sincerely sorry that we failed our customer that day.

Revdex.comWe will be contacting [redacted] on Friday 7/31/15 to have her come in and re-select a new refrigerator.  She will receive full value of her old refrigerator towards the new one.  The only cost would be if she selects something more expensive then her [redacted] she is...
