I called and talked to you on Nov. 16. I received another letter stating the Revdex.com had not heard from me about her claims of the gas line. It was hit and it was too shallow. The line needed to be lowered and put in conduit. That should have been done by the gas company before we started. We dug it...

down and supplied the conduit at no charge. We were not in her home to cause her pipes to leak. She never ask for me to pay the bills. I told her the line outside needed to be put in conduit in case she ever needed to repair the gas line now she could.  The crack was not from it being too thin or to dry. It cracked off the corner of the garage before I could cut the control joint. The concrete I poured was 4500 psi with fiber mesh and rebar. It was an expansion crack.  I rented a power sprayer and I cleaned the drive, garage, house, patio, and the fence. When I was done, her son was there. They both said it looked good. My guy did drive through the yard because a car was coming. He drove over the leech bed. She called me and I came down and looked at the lids.  Water was on standing on top with green moss I asked her and she said water sits on top of the lids. She had told me that she had it cleaned out a month ago because sewage was backing up into her shower. Her septic system has failed.  The line going into the backyard is 2 feet down so there's no way that my machine could crush a pipe two feet below grade. That is what the professional from [redacted] said.  His name is [redacted]. I called my insurance company to pay for the damages but then I was told it was a bad system.  There are pictures showing the septic tank being lower than the yard with green and black moss on top of the lids where water always sets. The picture was taken one hour after my guy drove in the yard.  When I went to pick up my check, I took my boots off because they were muddy. I showed up at 9:45 pm as that was the time she asked me to show up after her friend’s funeral. We sat at her kitchen table, we talked, she handed me the check.  She told me the job look good and that was that. I did not think she would try to do this. I think the concrete looks great. I put dirt in her back yard to fill the ruts.  I have been in the concrete business for over 20 years.  My goal is to insure that the customer is happy with the job when it is complete.  If there are issues, I try to make sure they are resolved. Thanks for your help with this matter. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this matter further, please contact me.  Jeff Martin
