This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Was supposed to check out my air conditioner-was freezing up, and out side unit would not shut off. Came out-put coolant in it and didn't bother to check ANYTHING out. Stayed 10 minutes. Later that evening the unit STILL would not shut off-called him and he said he would be back out the next day at 10am. waited until 10am and heard nothing-called him-first call-no answer. Second call I apparently woke him up-he said it was raining where he was and he would come when it stopped raining-I told him it was not raining HERE but he still refused to come. Got another company-[redacted] and they came out that same day and found out it was a capacitor that was stuck open and promptly fixed it.
