Complaint: Requesting return of down payment for services not rendered
Since receiving payment, this painter has not returned to my house to start any work whatsoever He returned my calls initially and gave a questionable excuse as to why he couldn't start the workAfter 9/7/16, he has not returned any calls or responded to my voice mail message He took the money and ran
