I spoke with the lady originally about her complaint She became unreasonable with me and attacked my credibility and integrity as a person She was very sarcastic and demeaning to me She was impatient as well I've never dealt with someone that treated me so badly I choose to walk away from the incident It was a $fence and she acted like it cost $ It was also covered in snow and I pushed the snow where she told me to I believe she is equally at fault for this incident She is trying to put my company's reputation at risk and it was a one time plow She is not a regular customer and I will never deal with her again As a business owner for years, you learn which people are worth dealing with and appreciate you, and which people you need to walk away from She is clearly a person that can't be made happy I hope this helps
I am rejecting this response because: This man must be looking in a mirrorThe lies that he is telling should be surprising to meBut, they are part and parcel of the way he behaved on the phone the ONE AND ONLY time that I spoke with himI called him on March (the day that I discovered the mishap)I was courteous to him and I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he may not have noticed what hadI occurredHe did not show the least bit of professionalism or courtesy to meHe made it sound like somehow the issue was my faultThe fence is 30" high and easily seen If he had simply come out to look at the matter, or simply say he was sorry, that could have been the end of it At this point, he continues with his tirade and more nasty insults Getting an apology from this man probably will not happen And, yes, the fence is an inexpensive metal one and it took me several days to install it level and sturdy But, as can be seen, he seems compelled to insult me even more than he did on March 20.It should matter to a real professional that one's property is importantAnd, more importantly: It should matter to a business man that he treat his customers with respect and tries to rectify issuesI'm sorry that this happenedAnd, in landscaping as in anything: What you sow is what you will reap
I spoke with the lady originally about her complaint. She became unreasonable with me and attacked my credibility and integrity as a person. She was very sarcastic and demeaning to me. She was impatient as well. I've never dealt with someone that treated me so badly. I
choose to walk away from the incident. It was a $fence and she acted like it cost $500. It was also covered in snow and I pushed the snow where she told me to. I believe she is equally at fault for this incident. She is trying to put my company's reputation at risk and it was a one time plow. She is not a regular customer and I will never deal with her again. As a business owner for years, you learn which people are worth dealing with and appreciate you, and which people you need to walk away from. She is clearly a person that can't be made happy.
