Review: We hired Jeff to install a copper roof, metal porch roof, and do a complete siding job for our home which is new construction. Jeff did the work as discussed and was paid in full back in March. Shortly after he completed the job and the snow turned to rain we had several major leaks. The entire porch roof, all 26 feet of it leaked through the second floor and onto the first floor, a kitchen window leaked and French doors as well. Jeff came back several times. He said he did not install a piece on the metal roof that he should have initially and then installed it. He also said he made the necessary repairs to stop the kitchen window from leaking. We are waiting for a big rain storm to make sure the repairs will hold. He came back 3 times and attempted to fix the French doors to no avail. They continue to leak with the smallest amount of rain. I contacted Jeff and left 4 voice mail messages and sent 1 text asking him to come back and fix the problem. He has not returned any calls or my text. I can only assume that he has choose to ignore my requests and is choosing not to come back, leaving us in the lurch with a leaky door that is now going to get damaged. This will force us to hire another contractor to complete the job. We are very disappointed and thought he was a quality worker with integrity. We just want our door to stop leaking and dont want the rest of our project being held up any longer.Desired Settlement: We would like him to return and complete the job he was contracted to do or refund us a portion of money so we can hire another contractor to make this right.
