Jeff Pounds Photography

Review: Mr. Pounds agreed to take photos of our organizations academic event in New Orleans. He was to select the best shot of each attendee and the best group photo. The order was for (2) 8 X 10 photos for each attendee; one individual shot and one group shot, totaling 50-55 8x10's and a CD of all photographs for our office. I wrote him a check for what he asked for that day. (Which was his time and fee for the shoot. The check has been cashed.) Upon leaving the event, he said he could have the photos to me before I left New Orleans. But, I told him I was leaving the next day. He said he would ship them within a week or two. It is now more than 60 days since our event. Mr. Pounds does not respond to my emails or phone calls. My attendees keep asking where their photos are and how soon they can get them. It is extremely embarrassing, frustrating and disappointing!Desired Settlement: I would think there would be an apology for unprofessional follow-up post session. But, I would like to receive the photos and the CD!! If I received the photos I would pay for the services. But, if the pictures were to ever come I would expect a DEEP, DEEP discount!!
