Worse Company Ever!!! They broke into my property that had a locked Gate!!
I talked to *** Register on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020 to schedule a time to put up my Pole Barn. I told him I had to get with my bank and get a credit card. It would take approx. a week to receive the Credit card. He said ok and scheduled to put up the Pole Barn on Jan. 23, 2020. *** Register calls Wednesday morning Jan 15,2020 and said that the guys were on their way to bring the lumber, but they will put up the Pole Barn on Thursday 16,2020. I told him that I don't have the credit card yet. He said no problem, call me when it comes in. His men brought the iron and the lumber and dropped it (scattered) in my yard on Jan. 15. I told them they couldn't leave it like that because the wood will boa. They left it anyway. They also never showed up the following day. *** Register finally called on Monday Jan. 20 and I told him what the guys did and I told him I did not want to use that lumber because it is not straight and it rained and is laying in water. He said I will send them to pick it up and they will come back and put up the pole barn Friday Jan. 24th. I waited all day. I called *** Register around 1:30 and he said they were still coming. NO SHOW. I waited all day. And they never picked up the lumber. Another week goes by, no call, no show. The wood has laid in same place (scattered) for over two weeks. Finally on Feb. 3,2020, *** Register called and said the guys would be there today to put up pole barn by 12:00. I said I will wait til 1:00 and if they don't show, I have to be somewhere else. I cannot wait around all day. He said they will show. At 11:00 I drove up town (10 minutes) to pick up $100 worth of cement to go with the pole barn. When I pulled in my driveway, the guys and woman had taken my LOCKED gate apart and went in my yard to pick up the lumber!! I have NO TREASPASSING signs up and DO NOT ENTER signs!!. BAD BUSINESS! Breaking and Entering!!! and LIAR! .

I have had two pole barns built by Jeff Register Buildings. (25x30 & 40x 60) I am very satisfied with both buildings. Both in material quality and the quality of the construction crews work. The same crew built both barns. I am about to order my third pole barn from Jeff Register.

Called *** one evening around 7pm, told him the dimensions of the building that I wanted, gave me the quote right then on the phone. Told him to add me to his list, which he did, and three weeks later he called to tell me what day they would arrive if weather permitted.
From the time that his crew of five pulled into my driveway until they pulled out with my building completely finished, was a total of 4 hours! Needless to say, they knew what they were doing!! We LOVE our new pole barn!!

ON 2-22-18 SPOKE TO MR *** ABOUT A 32x32x12 BARN KIT, ALSO LABOR TO INSTALL A 11x12 ROLL-UP DOOR, A 30x70 SIDE DOOR, JUST INSULATION IN THE ROOF, THE COLOR I CHOOSE(WHITE) FOR ROOF AND THE SIDING COLOR (OLE TOWN GRAY) THE PRICE WAS $13,900. TO BE BUILT ON MY OWN PROPERTY WHICH IS LOCATED IN ALABAMA. INSTEAD OF USING HIS METAL POLES TO HOLD THE ROOF I PURCHASED (14) 6x6 PRESSURE TREATED POLES FROM LOWES FOR $73.63 MY EXPENCE, (HE NEVER DEDUCTED THE METAL POLES FROM MY BILL.) APRIL 5,18 THREE MEN STARTED ON THE PRESSURE TREATED POLES PLACING IN THE GROUND, THEN PUTTING THE METAL TRUSSES UP, ROOF AND INSULATION THIS COST $6,200 WHICH THE CHECK#*** CLEARED APRIL 6 ,18. I ALSO HAD CONCRETE POURED APRIL 14,18 WHICH I PAID OUT OF MY POCKET, AND WAITED 30 DAYS TO CURE I TOLD THIS TO MR ***. I CALLED MR *** IN MAY 15,18, HE SAID HIS MEN WHERE STILL TRYING TO CATCH UP WITH OTHER ORDERS, AND AS SOON AS THEY WERE DONE HE WOULD SEND THE MEN BACK OUT TO COMPLETE THE JOB ON MY BARN KIT. CALLED MR *** HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL IN MAY, JUNE, AND TO THIS PRESENT DATE JULY 22,18. I HAVE BEEN VERY,VERY, DISSATISFY AND NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY. HE OUT RIGHT LIED TO ME. NOW I HAVE ONLY POLES,TRUSSES, ROOF AND INSULATION WHICH COST ME $6,200. BAD COMPANY. SUCH A RIPE OFF COMPANY.

We purchased two 50x60 metal buildings from Jeff Register Building and Truss. We used their installer on both buildings. One built in June 2017 and one built in November 2017. When we got snow in December, the building built in June 2017 collapsed completely, destroying the building and compromising $10000.00 worth of hay. The one built in November 2017 was severely compromised, but did not collapse completely. Upon further observation, the collapsed building lacked two angle iron braces in the rear of the structure that was included on the "not failed" building. The missing braces from the gable to the adjacent truss caused the gable to separate from the posts and collapse the remaining trusses. I have a photograph of the building which clearly shows the missing braces. When we contacted *** about the problem, he indicated it should not have failed and said he would replace the roof. We waited over 4 months, with him coming up with a different excuse every week as to why he wasn't sending his installers "yet". At one point, he offered to just send us the money for the barn. We suggested we would rather he just come and fix it, and even offered to pay retail to have 3 additional trusses added in the middle. He still did not send his installers. Finally, when we realized he was likely not going to send his installers, and we were only 1 month away from the first cutting of our hay season, we asked him to just send us the refund for the barn. We have waited two 1/2 weeks, and he still has not sent any money. He continues to come up with excuses.
