I am rejecting this response because: I believe that *** Russi was very well aware of the situation and knew exactly what he was doing. I learned from the
experience and blame myself for trusting this business owner to be honest and do the right thing. It was my mistake to pay *** Russi an additional $when he didn't even have an amended estimate to show me, and when I finally did get it, he had charged me for hours that were not worked (I know because I was there and he wasn't) and a lot of extra paint that he had to buy because he was not there and did not communicate with his workers, so they did not know they were using the wrong color on the wrong area until I got home from work and told them. Again, I was there, *** was notAfter I paid *** the extra $and finally got to see his revised bill, I guess *** felt guilty because he contacted me and offered to do the interior work "for free". Again, I foolishly still trusted that he would actually do this. I hoped that when he did we could do the thorough walk through that we had never done, and that he would fix the problems I had noticed too late, like sloppy caulking (see photo). But again, *** had one excuse after another. He never intended to come back and finish the job. I think he owes me a refund of the $I paid him for the extra hours and paint, to pay for the interior work that he never did. But this time I know better than to expect it
