My Mother in law and Mr. [redacted] entered into an agreement on Feb. 17, 2014 to fix an active leak in her master bedroom from rain water running down the inside wall. Mr. [redacted] entered into this agreement knowing what he needed to repair. After my Mother in law spent over $6600.00 dollars, the leak is not fixed. Now Mr. [redacted] will not answer the phone when she calls him to get this matter resolved. I have called him and to date, he has not called me back.Product_Or_Service: General ConstructionAccount_Number: $6600.00Desired SettlementI would like Mr. [redacted] to honor his contract and fix the leak completely and timely with no additional monies coming from our family as we have spent enough.Business Response On Dec 26, 2014 I responded to Mr. [redacted] phone call and set up an appt. to meet with his mother-in-law on Dec 29, 2014.I met with homeowner on Dec 29, 2014 as planned to see where she has water damage in master bedroom. While there I noticed that home had new shingles that had been installed by another party.On Dec 29, 2014 I called Mr. [redacted]. I wanted to let him know that I had met with his mother-in-law and what my plan was. I wanted to talk to him but had to leave a voice-mail. I have not gotten a return phone call.On Jan 5, 2015 I went by and removed sheetrock on damaged ceiling to assess where the leak may be coming from. On Jan 12, 2015 we had substantial rainfall and the house leaked. I was able to go by and see where the leak seemed to be coming from. Weather permitting, I will be going by on Jan 16 or Jan 19 to remove siding and once again try to repair the leakHomeowner seems to be pleased with response and look forward to getting her leak resolved in a timely fashion.
