I am writing this letter to share with you my experience with USF Federal Credit I own a pest control company ( [redacted] ) in my community for years I have purchased over vehicles during this time and have NEVER had an experience in purchasing a vehicle like I did with your credit union! My sister-in-law purchased a Jeep in April and financed it through your credit union Cathy decided that she no longer wanted the Jeep and sold it to me Thinking that since you already had the information on the vehicle and was already financed at your credit union, I applied on line to open an account and finance the Jeep with you on 3/16/ Since that date this whole experience with your credit union has been nothing short of a laugh! On 3/17/I called and talked to Wanda to let her know that the vehicle information was already there in Cathy's name, gave her the loan # and Cathy's account number She stated that someone would contact me before the end of the dayNOT I called your credit union on Friday 3/18/since I did not hear from anyone At that time I talked to Katie and was told she will send the information over to the loan department and Christine [redacted] will be handling the account Christine needed proof of whom I am since I have a fraud alert on my credit reports I faxed copy of drivers license, SS card and Florida weapon license I received the forms of POA and Notice of Sale to fill out and fax back Cathy and both filled these forms out over the weekend and they were faxed to Christine first thing Monday 3/21/ I touch base with Christine on Monday to verify that she had all the forms and also my W- She stated that she had them and will process them right away Monday Christine stated she needed us to both sign the Bill of Sale I faxed this to Cathy and she then in turned sent it to Christine on Tuesday 3/22/ I called and talked to Christine on Wednesday and was told she had everything but now she needed the original forms and faxed will not work! Cathy sends her forms UPS on Wednesday and I shipped my originals on Wednesday by overnight priority USPS On Thursday I called after making sure that the packages were delivered Christine replied that she does not get USPS right away it goes to another building and she will try to track it down but now she is not feeling good and is going home Friday I called and talked to her supervisor Jennifer [redacted] and she is not sure about the forms that have already been turned in but proceeds to overnight them again to myself and Cathy She also sent the information for me on line via [redacted] to open an account up with your credit union since one is needed to have a loan there Both Cathy and I send the exact forms again to your credit union and there were received by Tuesday to Jennifer *** I called and was told that she is sending off for the title from Florida and this normally takes 7-days to receive this back and when it comes, she will send me the info to go get a tag and pay the sales tax On Monday 4/4/Ann Kimball called to tell me that she has the title and left a voice message to verify my address I returned the call on 4/4/and left voice message that the address is the same and I have not movedI never heard back from her so I called again on 4/5/and again I got voice mail Again I verified my address On 4/6/I got an email from Ann stating that she called and could not reach me but was mailing it out on 4/5/ So I stayed home 4/6/expecting to receive this certified letter I finally got it on 4/6/and went to the Charlotte County courthouse to get it recorded I was also given a check from USF payable to Doug Belden, Tax Collector for $ After waiting for ½ hour at tag office I was told that they couldn't accept the Power of Attorney since it had USF Federal Credit Union and not Ann Kimball I called and talked to Gary Wahgreen and told him all the screw-ups that have happened He talked to Lisa of the loan department and said that every county has on record a list of people that have authorization for USF Lisa will call and verify this with them Again I go to the tag office and wait trying to get the tag I waited with the clerk that talked to Lisa and she told them that she was faxing the proof This was at 4: I left at 5:since the courthouse closes at 5: I again called and talked to Gary Wahgreen He relayed the message to Lisa and she called me back She was busy with another customer and didn't have time to fax it yet This is how your financial intuition is functioning It is a wonder you have any customers if that's how you treat your clients!
