After ordering the wrong parts, unnecessary delays, returning my car with out finishing the work and leaving a broken piece of plastic from a blower siting loose under the hood by the engine, as well as scratch my car up putting a crack on my windshield I don't not recommend this place in any way shape or form I've never had to deal with a more incompetent company in my entire life

Reimbursements take approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days to
process; a check in the amount will be mailed to Ms*** address of record at that time
Business called and indicated the customer dropped the vehicle off last week She isn't the original owner of the vehicle and her warranty was going to be expiring shortly They submitted the claim to Chrysler, which part was declined They
re-submitted to Chrysler and it was approvedThe vehicle was fixed and she picked it up this morning
