I am rejecting this response because:
The day I called about them fixing my car I was told they would work with me on my deductibleThey did not have my car for days before an estimate was givenThe adjustor came to my
house and gave me an estimate before they even picked it upWhen they had their tow truck pick up my car they were given the estimate thenThey did not have a conversation with a Mr ***They only spoke to meThere were not agreements made with a Mr ***They did not see any damage done to my window and I did not have them fix other things done to the vehicleThere was nothing wrong with my air conditioner before the accidentMy car was very well taken care ofI took my vehicle back to them several times complaining about things they should have fixed and were paid to be fixed by the insuranceThey did not fix things that needed to be fixed so I took my car elsewhere to have them fixI also took my car to the ac shop that they have taken it to and they said nothing was wrong with my acI do not agree with their statements and anyone can come look at my vehicle and reciepts I have that I paid elsewhere to see that it was due to the accident.
