To whom it may concern,This is a response in regards to complaint # ***.When I left the clients home, the gate was operational It merely had to be lifted slightly and it would latch When the client contacted me to inform me that she was not satisfied with the operation of the
gate, I informed her that I would do my best to fix the issue in the next two weeks Due to prior scheduling dates and project commitments, I was unable give her an exact date to repair it in that time frame.The client did try to contact me once more to repair the gate I was unable to answer my phone when she called, and subsequently forgot to call her back A few weeks later when my schedule permitted, I stopped by her residence and repaired her gate The client was present when I finished the repair At that time I told her I had no intention of abandoning her project In fact, I was not even aware that she had filed a complaint until afterwards Upon completion, the client verbalized that she was satisfied with the operation of the gate.Thank you,*** ***Jeff's Handyman Services, LLC
