We received a call on Sunday late pm to go to the customers house and unplug the sewerThe tech had troubles with it opening so he called the owner to see what he recommendedThen he tried going thru the kitchen stackWhen it wasn't working we called in a different plumber sometimes they can use
a different machine and that will work better.They also tried to blow ball it.WE decided to come back in the morning to spend more time to try and get it open.The tech that morning spent hrs to auger and camera it to see what was in itShe has a bad spot in here sewer and they also retrieved a metal object that looked like a door knob stuck in pipeShe was not charged for all the time we spent there and should have been.As for the feces on the floor that was there when my tech cameWe do not clean up existing messes only what we madeIf she wanted us to clean that up she would have been charged more and she never said she wanted them toWhen someones sewer backs up there is a mess when we get thereCustomers should clean that up before so we don't track it all over when we come inMy tech was talking with her and explaining the situation as he workedAlso she forgot to mention since we a such a bad company why we held her check for payment for days for herI guess that's what we get for being such a rotton companyIt's customers like her that make it harder for decent people to be trusted.She also was not charged to cameraIf her sewer backs up again it would not be under warranty since they put objects down it doesn't belong in the sewer
