I called Jeff on a Friday morning, and after looking into our plumbing problem, he said our house's system was outdated and would have to be tied in to the new city systemDuring the next days, my four kids and I had to go to the bathroom in bucketsI paid $to the city of Jacksonville, which paid for a backhoe and two men who dug the trenches and got the system tied in to the city's lineJeff showed up in the morning and basically stood around all day - hours, including a lunch break - and watched the city workers do their jobHis only contribution was operating his snake for minutes to find the line underground, and laying an 8' section of PVC pipe in our yard...and after the city workers had filled the holes in and left, he handed me a bill for $1,for his part of the workThe bill wasn't itemized - he wouldn't tell me how much he charged per hour - he just expected me to pay itI wrote the check because I didn't know what else to doI feel like I was taken advantage of, as a stay-at-home mom who was too intimidated to object to his feesI don't know enough about plumbing to know whether he does a good job or not...but I do know that his business practices are shady at bestVery dissatisfied and frankly, I feel like I've been robbed

Do not hire this guy He did several things wrong, wouldn't show up, wouldn't communicate, and left several things unfinished I thought he was honest but turns out he is a scam artist
