I called this company to inquire about removal of a large tree that had previously been cut down to about feet tall, remove the stump and remove two other stumps of trees already cut down *** was pleasant and quoted me a price that I agreed toHe explained that the work would be done the next week About a month later I called back and asked why the job wasn't done He apologized and said he would call me back but that it again would be the following week before the work could be done Once again the return call never came About two months after first contacting *** I tried calling again His voice mail was full and could not take messages (not the first time that happened)So I left him an email through his Web site asking if the job could still be done and asking that it be done that weekStill no replyTo say I am disappointed is an understatement If he didn't want to do the job he should have just told me so, especially since I explained to him that I reached out to his company only after another company did the same thing to meI have since found another company who followed through as promised, did the work as agreed upon and I'll be happy to recommend them to others I can't say the same about ***'s tree service

BEWARE get it in writing from JeffWe had a agree upon price to cut down a 60' cotton tree for $2,hauled awayHe gave us a invoice or $2,and when I gave his driver the check for $2,he took the last load to go dump it Jeff instructed his driver to turn around and came back dumped the load on our property along with other tree limbs that were already on the truckBe very careful if you decide to deal with himI'm sure this isn't the first time he has pulled this stunt to try and get customer to pay him extra

I had a great experience working with Jeff's Tree Service He gave us an honest quote, showed up when he said he would, and did the job quickly and efficientlyAn old shed was accidentally damaged during tree removal on a particularly windy day, but Jeff made it right with us - and that was much appreciated I would recommend using Jeff's Tree Service
