Unbelievable service. Jeffco decided on their own to tear apart a broken water heater saved only because it had a new circuit board in an unapproved attempt to repair the house water heater. The broken heater was taken out of service precisely because of a problem with the cumbustion system. Jeffco replaced a broken gas valve with a broken gas valve. Poor knowledge of the system led them to repeatedly seek advice from the manufacturer and that led to an additional unnecessary cleaning of the cumbustion chamber. This all resulted in an extra half day of labor and my taking off a half day from work out of my wife's concern we were being taken advantage of. Our air conditioner unit still has his cumbustion chamber scrubbing equipment sitting on top and his work light is still mounted near the heater, the latter found lit several days after he left. Confused, incoherent service. This issue was resolved after MANY calls to Jeffco and a claim that we had failed to pay the bill. Jeffco: Dumb and Dumber.
