I am rejecting this response because: First off, my neighbor is a licensed contractorHe did all of my kitchen work and he would probably be happy to supply the number if I ask him for it. Secondly, Jeff texted me to inform me that he was away, but not on vacation. His story to me was that his father in law had died and he was flying back and forth taking care of his affairs for the past weeks. He informed me that he would fix the lights the following week. He never contacted me during that week, so at the end of that week I called someone else. Then, the Monday of the following week, he texted at like 7:in the morning when I was getting ready to go to work and said he would be there sometime that day. I had to go to work At that time, I told him I hired someone else who would be there Wednesday. Wednesday came and the person fixed it, quickly, and said that everything that Jeff had told me was a problem was not correct. I told Jeff this. Then, he starts going on about the bad review that I left and said that he thought I would remove it after he told me that his father in law had died and how bad my work was in my house. He said he would pay me the $that I had to pay the other guy, but he needed me to take down the bad review on line, which I did (and never heard from him again). I felt sorry for him because he said his father in law died and maybe he wasn't all together yet because I know times like that could be difficult, as I had just dealt with that with my father passing. I never threatened to spread bad reviews on him everywhere. I told him his texts came off as threatening, which I have saved. He said he didn't mean to come off as threatening. If you leave a comment on a site that asks for comments about your experience, I'm not sure where he was coming from with the suing. Jeff has handled this all the wrong way. It was never about the money. It is about his lack of professionalism. Had he simply picked up the phone and apologized for the non returning of phone calls and the not showing up the week that he said and showed some sympathy towards me being without lights like he wanted me to show , and I did, for the loss of his father in law, all could have been well. As a matter of fact, we had a lot of dialogue regarding the YP post before I took it down. Had he contacted me about the Revdex.com complaint and said hey, is there a way that you can take that down too I probably would have. Or "I'm really sorry that my personal circumstances made this experience come out this way for you." He's caused me headache enough with his nonsense He doesn't call to resolve anything. He sends lengthy texts that don't even convey feeling. How is that for customer service? I paid him top dollar for what he did and expected that my problem would have been resolved and that I would get top notch customer service. What I got was non answered phone calls, threatening texts, and an a total lack of sympathy for having been left in the dark

made the complaint I was on vacation and was unaware she tried to contact me for a few days because some of her lights weren't working and we originally went out to correct an improper install from some other person that didnt even have a contracting license the neighborhood handyman did her kitchen remodel and put over different fixtures on one breaker which is way more then should be and we split them up onto other breakersanyways when returning from vacation I contacted feleicia because I saw reviews being posted from her saying we didnt respond and we do bad work and that she wants her money back and she is going to put bad reviews everywhere she can and call the Revdex.com and I called her and I told her and proved that I was on vacation and even offered her to fix it but she didnt want us to come back there and then I offered to pay to have it fixed and I told her its probably something very simple and she said yes it was someone came and fixed it in about minutes.I then went to inform her that she needs to remove these reviews of my company or I would sue hershe never gave me time to correct the problem and she did remove the reviews from yellow pages,yelp and angies List but the complaint from the Revdex.com is active and giving our company a D rating! Please correct this ASAP I did everything in my power to do everything for this customer but she gave me NO time to handle things I was on vacationThank You JEFFCO Premier Contracting LLC
