In reference to the above complaint, Please note the information as supplied in the attch with Ref number #and #June 29, contract dated for agreed repair work to be doneJune 30th completion of satisfied repair work as signed by client [redacted] It should be understood a project that originally cost 5,received over in repair which is backed up with documents #2, 4A, 4B & 4CThe customer received beyond everything deservedThe Woodmaster person that the client has been communicating with has been ill and is still in the hospitalWoodmaster has every intention of intention of adjusting a lock and or window per our customer commitmentwood master will not recognize or pursue anything to do with heating bills and / or blindsShould you need anything else you can either email me or call me at [redacted] Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm or Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm Best Regards
