We contacted the customer after learning of his dissatisfaction through a Dealer Rater review on July 13th. The customer had three areas of concern.1. Motor Vehicle - he received a registration that indicated the weight of the vehicle to be 9,lbs. RESOLUTION - Upon
notification , we immediately changed the registration to reflect the proper weight of 10,000lbs. We sincerely apologize for this clerical error and it has been resolvedThere was no spare tire with the truckRESOLUTION - We have ordered a spare tire and will install on August 6thThe customer states that there is a popping sound when he shifts. We set a service appointment for Friday July 25th, the customer did not keep the appointment or call. RESOLUTION - I called the customer this morning and we have set another appointment for August 6th at the customers request (he will be on vacation at that time)We will diagnose and correct the problem at that time.The customer confirmed that we have met all of his concerns and is appreciative of our attention to this matter.Message to Revdex.com administration: OUR COMPANY DID NOT RECIEVE THE INITIAL NOTICE OF THIS COMPLAINTWHEN WE RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL WE ACTED UPON IT IMMEDIATELY
