Jefferson at One Scottsdale Reviews (7)

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have reviewed the statement provided - uniue in its wording and ellaborate in its description of what happened. The email used to communicate was from the business card given. The verbiage of advertising was false. The icentive was to take a tour - which I did. The response given was "The [redacted] gift card if those whose sign a lease with us"....verbatim....The reason that prompted me contact the BB is that if I had been doing an undercover news segment it would have exploited the bait and switch campaign they were doing. Not only were they so incredibly unprofessional but also rude and acted like bait and switch promotions are fair game to the consumer.I work in the fitness industry - [redacted] - I understand promotions and doing unique campaigns to get people through the door.I constantly had been sending clients from my company to their company (people that are new to the area) and even went as far to LIKE their [redacted] page AND even SHARED their promotion on my page saying that is going to be the #1 spot in N Scottsdale to live at once One Scottsdale is completed.I will not resolve dispute with them fictitiously akng up a story of what happened - I have also contacted the GM of [redacted] in Sottsdale and the Lead Developer in the One Scottsdale property of their inappropriate professionalism. The $50 [redacted] gift card is the least they could do to resolve. A letter of apology would b the professional thing to do. (As any company would have already done) Regards, [redacted]

Our community was offering a chance to win one of a few different types of gift cards for coming in and taking a tour of our propertyWhen Mr
*** came in to take advantageof the offer, it was his priority to self-promote his services working for *** *** then to demand his *** *** gift card and that he wouldn’t be needing a tourWhen the leasing agent handed him the sealed envelope that contained the gift card, he found it was a $gift card for ***, Mr*** was very upset, demanded the $gift card to *** ***, threw the *** *** on the desk and said “you’ll be hearing from me “and stormed out of the leasing officeThere was not a promise of a particular gift card in the ***k posting, just a chance of (see attached). Mr*** has stated in his complaint that he emailed *** *** ( previous manager), there is not an email from Mr*** in the manager’s emailsI am unsure which email address he would have used. Had Mr*** emailed, I would have responded to him
My employees were doing what they could to help address his irrational behavior and ill-informed requestsMr*** does not understand how to professionally escalate any concerns and unfortunately went straight to the Revdex.com to address something as simple as his misunderstanding of a social media promotional ad
For years companies have offered random prizes for participating in an event that would allow a company to promote their product of serviceMr***’s company, *** *** is no differentIt is to my surprise that he did not read the promotion thoroughly and chose to interpret the ad as he wanted it to readPerhaps after viewing his lack of articulation and professionalism, maybe I should not be so surprised

I would be happy to offer Mr*** the original gift card from *** for $
