I am on my second lemon with jefferson auto plex.2 bad vehicles in a row.sold me a gmc envoy with a bad motor.had it less than 2 weeks and they have had it for over a month.expecting me to pay 418 dollars to get my vehicle back after not deducting money I payed on first vehicle on top of it all.mike is a crook and I advise everyone to avoid jefferson auto plex..there business practices are shady and have a Revdex.com sign hanging in there office and said they were Revdex.com accredited..have paid 1 note on it and they have had it more than I have

Review: I purchased a used vehicle, with a 3 month/3,000 miles warrenty, from Jefferson Auto Plex on Nov. 7, 2015. Within a week of the purchase, the vehicle started to produce smoke from under hood and shutdown as I was driving. I returned the vehicle on Nov. 16. Since the return, no attempts to repair the vehicle, and the dealer will not honor the warranty. The deal also has giving me multiple reason for the impairment of the vehicle, and refuses a refund, but states he will buy the vehicle back at a much lower price then the purchase price.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the purchase price and towing fees paid to return the vehicle to the dealership.
