Terrible service even worse customer serviceHad them install a new pool liner at the end of the season last year on their recommendation, went to open pool this season and brand new liner is coming offThey will not return calls or messages to come out and correct their issueVery frustrating, I would not recommend them to anyone

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This is going to be long, but worth the read Dealt with Denise in the shop back in February and decided to purchase a 21ft Revelle pool Paid in Full in April with no word on when the install would happen Of course now that the balance was paid no one would call me back or even return an email to give me a start date Finally a week before Memorial Day they show up unannounced Then they say they need $more dollars for the install because I only purchases a re-install WRONG I called Denise who is the one that told me I paid for a new install, however since paying their prices have changed Denise asks me to pay $instead I said no demanded they honor their price So the install starts and takes a week and half! Ok whatever I’m excited to get in, but wait there is a leak around the skimmer They come back and “fix” that Now time to get in Apparently they didn’t compact the sand on the base layer because there were sooo many bumps and valleys that were deep enough to sprain an ankle PLUS you could see the outline of the cinder blocks used for the support posts sticking out of the liner inside the pool! Takes me two weeks of calling, emailing, going into the store, before Darrell, who said he was the Vice President finally calls and acknowledged they have been doing bad installs He assures me he will come out personally to install a new liner and level the sand to make it right NOPE send out an 18-year old to do the job himself Ok whatever the bottom is a lot smoother now Finish filling it up and guess what? Still leaking by the skimmer Tell the kid that installed and send him a photo and his response is to tell me to tighten the screws I’m done with this company I had to spend $to fill the pool twice, plus lost $of chemicals used the first time This company has NO business doing pool installs and Darrell is not a man of his word Forgot to mention that when the year old came to “fix” my pool he had no idea that we was suppose to be replacing the liner He was told that he was re-installing my current liner.....the one compromised from being installed directly over cinder block I will it be giving this company any more of my money I will by chemicals and supplies from some place else These people should not be in business

Purchased a pool April Paid $Installation was done incorrectly on 6-1-by placing the pool a foot from existing deck(pictures to prove) They came back the next day They pulled & shimmied pool to the deck, bending brackets and placing the brackets not on level bricks (more pictures to prove)The pool was filled with water I got home to see that the pool wasn't level I contacted Daryl (co-owner) and he came out the next day to look at it Said "thats not how we install pools" "this is unacceptable and will be fixed by tearing it down and putting it back up" After numerous attempts to get them out to install the pool in the first place I was extremely upset and my kids really wanted to swim So daryl said "go ahead and enjoy the pool all summer, we'll come back in the fall when you're ready to close the pool So fast forward to fall starting 9- I have paperwork documenting calls that were made and things that they say they're going to do and then they don

We had JTS Pools in Peru install a new liner on our above ground pool last fall right before we closed itWhen we went to open it this spring, the liner was pulling away from the sideWe have been waiting a week and a half for JTS to send someone out to fix their error - they won't return calls, messages, emails etcAt this point, they won't even answer our callsWe have always purchased all of our chemicals and supplies through them, as well as a new filter just two weeks ago, because we prefer to shop localUnfortunately, we probably would have been better off going through a large storeSince they seem content in never fixing this issue, we are currently looking to hire someone else to complete this project, so we can finally use our pool that has been sitting unfiltered for far too long right now
