Jefferson Dental Clinic

My husband visited this location- was told he needed a list of work done. After paying in advance and charging my insurance, they decided he didn’t need a root canal after all. 45 days later…2 visits in person…countless phone calls. No one will return our call from management. The front desk clerk says she does not know what happened, or why it would take this long.

Estoy muy enojada, tardaron 4 meses en entregar una dentadura y cuando me la dieron me quedó mal, 3 veces fui para que me la ajustaran y no lo hicieron, fui a otro lugar y me hicieron una muy buena en 24 horas y me dijeron que fuera a devolver la anterior, en Jefferson de 11198 fondren rd. Ahí es donde me hicieron mal el trabajo y la regresé hace 2 meses y no me quieren devolver mi dinero, primero me dijeron que en 3 semanas me lo mandarían por correo pero ya pasaron 2 meses y nada.

They were examining my teeth and she started scraping at my teeth with a pick at the teeth where I got my fillings atI believe she tried to remove my fillings and she said I need fillings on the teeth I already got fillings on!

Fairbanks Goldstein & Rodriguez is not affiliated with [redacted] & [redacted], it was a asset sell. This is the first time that we are hearing of this and apologize for any confusion. The 542.00 will be sent by the end of the month.

As you can see in the attachment [redacted] is owed 600.00 which the check will be sent today. It was a accounting error and we apologize for that.
