Jefferson Dental Clinics

Our son is in the early stages of braces. He had his braces initiated and installed on August 29th. Per the contract his followup for his first adjustment was to happen on October 2, 2019. Jefferson Dental Care cancelled this appoint and stated they would reschedule this appointment. We called them on October 10, 2019 to schedule this followup and they stated the system was still down. My son needs his adjustment ASAP. His adult teeth are coming in and changing and moving his teeth and the braces they installed.

I was double charged thru two seperate finance companies for my one procedure. I was told the fraudulent charge had been removed. I have been making on time payments to my actual billing. But I just recieved a statement in the mail saying this fraudulent charged had been handed over to a collection agency. I need this resolved immediately. I have called on numerous occasions to customer service and been promised a call back from a manager that can help and recieved no such request.
