Review: Stayed at the Hotel from May 3rd to May 8th. During my stay, there was a disruption in the wireless internet service for more than a day. Despite complaining several times they were not able to fix the problem as quick as expected from a 5-star luxurious hotel. Moreover, they didn't have wired internet alternative connection in my room (or at least they didn't offer it to me). This was quite inconvenient for me as a business traveler. Also, no body later on contacted me after expressing my complaint in their feedback forms. What kind of customer care is this?Desired Settlement: Partial refund
