We have an agreement and paid deposit for Bus tour services for July 3rd 2015 we have tried contacting them for 1 month no response.Our outing for the reunion is July 3rd of this year.We paid the required deposit and signed a contract, Since April 8th we have tried to contact Mr. [redacted] and make contact for final arrangements and balance. We have received no response. We have sent numerous emails and attempted several phone calls to no avail. Now his voicemail box is full and our date is fast approaching. Desired SettlementI just need a return call and for Mr [redacted] to honor his contract and return my calls. It is too late to find alternate service at this time. We need a full committment.
