At this time, I have not been contacted by Jefferson Wholesale regarding complaint ID 11184845. I tried to go to their auto sales shop around when I made this complaint and they told me they didn't want me on their property and I should know better than buying from...

a used car place. Why would they say that. I'm a custome and I just payed 3200$ cash for a car and it's not running anymore at all. It hasn't even been a month since I purchased the car. It will cost me over 4000$ to fix everything and I've tried too tell them. Everything with the car started the day after I bought it and I told them and they still said oh well and they wouldn't do anything. I just want something done. That is a terrible business being ran and I've saved up my money for this car and now it was all for nothing. Please get back in contact.

Review: I purchased a 2000 Honda Accord from this dealership Jefferson wholesale on February 23,2016 and within 6 days the engine went out and after contacting them it was hell . It got to the point they was so unprofessional it took my mother and a threat of taking them to court to fix the issue well so I thought they gave me a 6 months warranty on the engine well it went out again they told me to bring it to their mechanic to fix and I said ok. I had to have it towed to Charlie auto shop in Kenner , Louisiana . After they kept my car a week they charged me for fixing my car when I was supposed to have six months warranty. I was inconvenienced for week and my personal life and they made no attempt to make things right. I was treated badly by the dealership and they mechanic shop . So I am asking for your help in any wayDesired Settlement: I want the money back I spent on the towing and what I spent to have my car fix

Review: I was buying a car from their car dealership yesterday. I test drove 9 cars till I found the one I like oh the owner promised it was in perfect condition and would not see why my heck engine light on was before I bought it he said "it's probably just an oxygen sensor" well I come home that day and bring it to my dads shop and it needs 2 catalytic converters and 2 new airport turbos and a timing belt on the car. It's falling apart and they screwed me over bad. I went back today and they tell me they want to test drive it and stuff again so they bring it on he interstate hitting 90 mph trying to "make sure it ran" no that messed it up even more and will not give or money back or new car or anything. This place has terrible service and the completely ripped me off and I want something figured out. I need a vehicle and this shouldn't happen. My vehicle is now sitting in my driveway. Bought yesterday. And it's not even running. I want my money back for this death trap that doesn't even work that I paid 2700$ then after all this is going on they still say I owe them 500$ more because that's how much the car originally cost. No. I want my money back. I'm disgusted. I'm 23 I'm trying to work and go to school at the same time now I have no vehicle. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the vehicle or what's wrong with the vehicle fixed. That's it.

Review: I went to Jefferson Wholesale a few weeks ago and bought a 02 Jeep Liberty. The advertised price was $4,995. I put $1,800 down for my down payment. I financed the remaining $3,200, SO I THOUGHT! [redacted] the salesman, NEVER went over ANY of the paperwork with me, nor did he inform me on how much HE was financing me on. He stuck my down payment in his pocket after I gave it to him, (should have been a red flag right there) I signed all the paperwork, was told to just sign everything ( did not even need my signature I was told, just a scribble would do) then gave me the keys and left. The air conditioning blew hot air on my way home (did NOT do this during my test drive) I get home, look at my paper work an see I owe $9k+ on my Jeep! He financed me for $7,000! Where is this $7k coming from?!?! I only needed to be financed for $3200! He NEVER NOT ONCE told me that he was financing me for this price, I just assumed, commence since that I would be financed for the difference I owed. I called the next day, he wouldn't speak to me, after 3 times trying to call him, the phone was hung up on me. I have tried calling SEVERAL times and have got NO answers or explanation!Desired Settlement: I want my car to be financed for the correct amount! $3200! NOT $7000!

Review: I purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue from Jefferson Wholesale, on the internet and on the car the purchase price was $3995.00. I put $2500.00 as a down payment and should have only financed around $2000.00 with tax, title and license. Not 3 hours after I purchased the vehicle, the transmission went out. I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks while they repaired it and gave me a six month warranty. I was getting ready to make my payment on my car and noticed that Jefferson Wholesale charged me $5500.00 for the vehicle instead of the $3995.00 that was posted on the vehicle and on the internet. I called Jefferson Wholesale and they said that the $3995.00 was if I paid cash for the vehicle, but since I financed a portion of it, the finance company charges bluebook value. I just found out that bluebook value for this care is about $4000.00. They did not disclose this information to me at the time of purchase. The lending company is Credit Acceptance and really don't think that this is right. I think that Jefferson Wholesale is lying to me.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should be refunded for the $1500.00 that I was overcharged.

Review: I purchased a vehicle with this company and the advertised price was $5,995.00....when I asked to finance (to help build my credit) I was not informed there would be a different price for the vehicle ($9,000)When I asked what the $9,000 was for, I was informed this was the price the finance company set as the book value of the vehicle.....yes I did sign the contract, because I was desperate for a vehicle and this is how they take advantage of you. So I contact the finance company to find out if this was true and it was not. I pleaded with the owner and he simply told me that I am a grown woman and I knew what I was signing so there was nothing he could do to help me....Desired Settlement: to give me back the difference in price $3005.00

Review: I purchased a car two business days ago from this establishment, two hours after purchase we noticed more and more little noises and things wrong with the car but nothing too concerning. After driving south and making it home, we inspected the car again and noticed that the right tire area was smoking and it smelled of burnt rubber or plastic. We allowed it to cool and attempted a further inspection, but I am not by any means a mechanic so I waited until Yesterday to get it looked at, I brought it to a mechanic who ran his computer through it and told me that both turbos and catalytic converters need to be changed. The breaks and rotors are bad, it is over due for an oil change, it needed fluids, it will need immissions test and a and it needed an alignment and tune up. The man who sold us the car told me that if we had any problems to call him and he would handle it, and being as it was literally less than 24 hours since he said to do so, I did. They told me the best way to handle it was to bring the car back so they can have a look. I got there around 1:00 in the evening and the lot had a few customers but not many and I saw the man who sold me the car so I flagged him down, he said he wanted to test drive it and see what the problem was. After nearly breaking it going 95mph and flying through red lights and stop signs he told me that there was nothing wrong with it that I needed to leave and he wasn't helping me. When I threatened to call the owner he threatened to kick my as, I called the cops and have filed formal complaints but nothing seems to work. The owner has banned me from the property and they still have my title. I only owe them $500 I gave them $2,7000 cash the day before yesterday. They gave me two weeks to pay the $500 and they are refusing to help cover the costs of the repairs or help in any way, this was not at all what I was expecting to get out of a car dealership in the city. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can get this horrible situation resolved. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would love for them to at least help cover the costs of the repairs or come to an agreement on the title and the money owed as substitute. It will cost me nearly $3,000 to get all of the repairs done including labor and I have already sunk nearly $3,000 into the car not thinking it would need so much work.

Review: It is 5:09pm central time.I just left Jefferson Wholesale and purchased a 2003 Ford Expedition. The listed price online as well as the discussed price for this vehicle was $4999, which I was under the impression I was paying. Upon leaving I noticed my bill of sale was for $7800! I knew my interest rate would be a little higher due to not so perfect credit but I was handed a folder with a contract "electronically" signed and realized I was taken complete advantage of. I am not going to drive the vehicle which the mileage listed on the contract is almost 35,000 less than the vehicle has on the dash. When asked I was told the finance company charges "black book" retail prices. Didn't believe them so I immediately called the finance company and was told they just pay what's on the contract! Which made sense. This fraud is being escalated with the finance company. At this point I want my $1300 down payment back and want to return the vehicle. I have pictures of everything and never signed anything except a "form to go to the notary" for a license plate.Desired Settlement: I want to return this vehicle and get my $1300 CASH back!
