I placed an order may 4, via after pay so the initial payment was taken out. I have since not heard one word from the retailer even if I had made many attempts to contact them through their e-mail and number provided. I also read reviews after the fact where people did not receive items and had to cancel orders. I would like my order to either be updated and shipped and me notified, or I would like my order canceled and all money returned. This is shady business that they do.

Horrible and shady business practices. I ordered a product from them feb 28 and now it’s April and I still don’t have the product. They barely answer the phone or your emails. And the few emails I received were repetitive, they kept telling me my there was a delay in the warehouse and that the order will be shipped the following week. Extremely shady for it to be a real business, don’t buy from them!

On March 3rd, 2020 I ordered and paid in full for a sweatshirt online as a birthday gift for my son. Today is April 10th, 2020 and I have not received my merchandise. My last three e-mail inquiries to Jefferson’s Apparel regarding the status of my order have gone unanswered. I have come to the conclusion that the company is either unable to fulfill my order or they simply have no intention of fulfilling my order.

I ordered a Supreme step ladder on February 11th 2020. The product was not listed as damaged in anyway on their site. The product was supposed to ship in 10-14 days by the way and it didn’t arrive until March 9th. Anyway, when the product arrived to us it was in a horribly packaged box with tape all over it... I have a video to show my husbands reaction to the item so you can see the box’s condition. Once opened we noticed the item had chips and dents and scuffs all over it. It was never stated to us that the item was damaged. I sent the company several emails to address the issue and they refuse to respond. I spent a rather large amount of money on this item and I surely regret it. I want my money back...

Terrible customer service. I order something on Dec. 2nd here a whole month later I have no product and no refund. When you reach out about your order they do not respond.
