[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr Caupto is not telling the truthHe stated that I was a friend of the family this is so not true he states that I was aware he was unlicensed and no insurance this is not true he also said he has contacted me to fix broken woodwork and the damage this is not true his brother [redacted] text me and said he would come and try to fix it and never called back or texted me back about it until I text him and also the last day they were here I was afraid of them he kept getting mad because I was telling then what all they damage and I give him the last check cause of that and [redacted] his brother said he would come back and fix damage for ten dollars a hr left his phone number mr Caputo knock off final check because they did not caulk-all windows and caulk them correctly he stated my son texted him this is so not true first my son would never do anything like that he would let the law handle it and I'm lucky if I get to see my son as he's busy with his own sons playing ball and sports I get to see my son birthdays and holidays I want to see proof of where my son has text him contract states "" he is to put the drywall up an only take off the bottom woodwork and replace it never once in the contract doesn't state he would put substandard material between woodwork and drywall the substandard he put between the woodwork and drywall not even listed on the contract he is advertising as a business and various places on the Internet he amitted to breaking the ice maker line as he left the tarp behind there and when he came back on Monday after leaving that like that all weekend I told him about it and that's why he fixed it also broke the refrigerator handle never fix that as for the floor he told me to go buy it and he would get his brother [redacted] to put it down because his brother knew how as he flips houses for [redacted] and does this for living he stated both him and his brother that his son [redacted] was the one that damage the icemaker line and put woodwork up wrong input gouges in it I told him that he was responsible for as he Jeffrey caupto was the one who sign the contract this damage is well in the / or more mr Caupto needs to be held accountable for this damage because he'd the one that signed a contract to do the job I also have text from both him and his son and I have no problem sending them to you and as you well know I have pictures of all damage my insurance company information but Mrcaupto refuses to give his insurance information to help me pay for this damage his tax ID for the IRS I pray that the Revdex.com will not grant him another license or will stop this man from working in this type contracting jobs and advertising without a license or insurance or tax ID for IRS I feel he needs to return all money that was paid to him in good faith to have a job done that he did not do an good faith thank you Regards, [redacted]
