Hello,I am writing in response to the customer complaint, ID# [redacted] This customer had called and wanted a liner installed First, I advised him to find someone closer to his home because I was over an hour away from his residence He insisted that he wanted me to do this liner, so against my better judgement, I decided I would help him out since he was so insistent He sent me photos via email in which I quoted him a price for A LINER He never mentioned anything about hooking up the woodburner, all he said he wanted was a liner installed So, he approved of the quote, we went out of our way to install this liner for him Again, this is over an hour away for us We installed the liner, he was not home, his wife was there at the time We decided we would go the extra mile and go ahead and help him out by hooking up his woodburner for him which had to be pushed back a few inches, which would not make any difference in the drafting of the chimney The clearance that is stated for the woodburner is if there are any combustibles around the woodburner and there were no combustibles near or around the woodburner I will gladly ship him out a longer pipe if he would like to move the woodburner back out the couple inches, although this was not included in the price of the quote Thank you [redacted] OwnerJefferys Chimney Sweeping, LLC330-832-
