Jefferys Chimney Sweeping

Mr. has left out a few details in his complaint that need to be addressed.
Prior to Jefferys Chimney Sweeping taking on the job, Mr. had work done to fix some drainage on his property. This caused the front yard to be uplifted and unstable to work. Nonetheless, we built scaffolding around this and completed the estimate as quoted.
When the job was complete, Mr. acknowledged the work was to his liking and paid the invoice. After a few days, Mr. was not happy with how the excess mortar around the brick dried and called back to see if anything could be done to fix the issue.
Jefferys Chimney Sweeping returned to inspect the issues and began trying to wire brush off the excess mortar on the brick. The customer replied that he'd like the chimney powerwashed, to which we agreed.
We told Mr. Marion that we'd return to power wash the chimney and re-seal the chimney and crown once his front yard dried out. The reason being power washing a chimney creates an excess of run-off water, making an already unstable front yard, even worse.
Jefferys Chimney Sweeping have made several attempts to contact both Mr. (whose voicemail box is not set up) and his wife (calls straight to voicemail) to keep them updated to no avail.
