this State Farm agency is extremely disrespectful to women and to poor people.
No attention is paid to any request, any phone call from people with modest means.
Despite two personal phone calls and follow up calls to cancel a renter's policy, after I moved, and promises on their part to call me back, they never followoed through, and continued to charge my account for the renter's policy 3 months after I moved and I canceled it
then
they claimed that canceling the renter's policy would not affect my bill and that my car insurance would be the same price a s the insurance for both my car and my renters policy combined
they are dishonest , disrespectful and terribly rude .
I am in the process of canceling all my business with them and changing insurance coverage for my car.
