Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/10/16) */ Although the complaint information was not techniocally correct as far as what this customer paid for and the circumstances regarding the reason that this part had been unnecessarily replaced the first timeThe fact was,that there was a minor issue with the part that was not , and likely would not, affect it's operationTo be honest, I doubt that most people would have even noticed this issue but this customer seemed to have a big issue with it, so I promised to replace it againunfortunately this summer was extremely busy, and I spent more time concentrating on appliances that were not functioning than to take that time to fix this minor issueI consider it like the emergency room( Worst cases get in first ) that"s the way I run this business, unfortunately, not everyone will agree I did replace this part for this customer on Oct 12, and he now seems satisfiedI'm sure by now he has added this info to your file!!
