I retained Mr. [redacted] several times when my son was young, and decided to make several stupid "decisions". Mr [redacted] was very aggressive in my son's defense(s) showing that the case(s) were overblown by the Tucson Police Department and that the so called "facts" that they produced were, at best, inaccurate and/or false. Mr [redacted] is very involved in your case. You will receive calls, letters, emails ALL the time. You never have to guess where your case status is at. I have read several other reviews posted and find them to be inaccurate with the attorney that I know. Mr. [redacted] takes his (your) case very serious and if you don't follow his direction, he will let you know you are screwing up. I can see that (as my son didn't always follow through in a timely manner) some might take Mr. [redacted]'s counsel negatively, but he is trying to get you, the client, to do the best thing for your case. My son received a stern "do this, don't do that" talking to more than once.
If you need a criminal defense attorney, Mr. [redacted] is your attorney. Mr. [redacted] also represented my friend (from my referral) during his divorce and was very happy with the results and defended another friend (from my referral) fighting a bogus restraining order. . I think other reviews are just blaming Mr. [redacted] for their mistakes or failure to follow through or the ultimate result which is not the attorney's fault. At least that is my belief due to my several involvements with Mr. [redacted].
