I am delighted to write to you about our recent experience with Ms [redacted] ***, one of our customers at the cleaners.We received your letter as of May 18, and feel sorry for our customer’s discontent with our serviceIt's from our professional knowledge and experience that we try three different times to have the stubborn spots cleaned from clothesThe work is done carefully because chemicals used for spot cleaning might damage clothes, That’s why we do try as much as three times and no more.Stain on Ms***'s cloth was not completely gone in spite of our professional effortOn her demand, even though we explained her about our difficulty to completely erase stain, we tried again to remove the stain with a little better resultMs [redacted] was not satisfied with our work and demanded again to have the stain erased completely, even though we explained that repeated chemical application may damage her clothAs such, we tried very hard to make her satisfied and happy but we couldn'tThe reason we never charged her each time she demanded us to work on her cloth was that customer satisfaction and confidence on us is important to us.We could understand Ms***'s frustration, as we place ourselves in her position as a customerBut it's really regretful that our tenacious and mindful service for her was not appreciated and our professional knowledge was not respected by herIt's also regretful that this occasion was escalated to an unnecessary disputeI, however, am hopeful that our relationship be restored by any effort to be supportive of each other.Harbor Cleaners
