Well, my review is actually stemming from a manufacturing problem with my Stomy rain boots, but I was highly impressed with how the company's customer service department handled itOne of the boots was not put together as well as the otherThe elastic began to unravel within the first wearBy the second wear, the elastic was very undone (meanwhile the other boot still looked brand new)I have never had a problem with any of my Jeffrey Campbell shoes, this was the first timeI understand that all shoes undergo some wear and tear with due time, but I had only worn them 2x, the bottoms still looked like they were never wornI wrote to the company expressing how upset I was and they wrote back to me giving me two options: "we can issue a promo code for the cost of the shoes so you can reorder or issue a full refund if you would like to return the shoes." I was very thankful with how they accommodated me and will definitely order from them again, despite the manufacturing error
