restorations.  Patient only wanted them recemented.  But, in order for recementation, the area had to be cleaned of decay and prepared for the recementation.  There is no ADA code for this procedure.  The area was prepared and the crowns recemented.  She was not charged for the recementation, only the preparation beforehand.  A subsequent call to and from her insurance plan confirmed such as did a conversation with the area representative. At no point was there a question as to treatment needed or the quality of treatment performed.  This became an issue for the patient when there was a fee rendered for these services.
