It is quite disconcerting that someone with a complaint goes directly to Revdex.com rather than contacting the owner of the businessAt the time of Mrs ***'s examination she was informed by Dr [redacted] as to her ocular health status which included cataracts and macular degenerationIn addition, she was informed regarding a temporary adjustment to the new glasses based on the prescription changeThis was done by Dr [redacted] both verbally and in an email sent that eveningAt the dispensing of the glasses, she complained that she was blurry with the new glassespersonally re-examined her, and found the same prescription as was found previously_ The frame was re-adjusted by my opticianMrs [redacted] returned two weeks later, She was loud and insulting, and attempted to have everyone in the office hear her complaintsMy optician attempted to placate herand even offered to remake the glasses into a different frameThis did not satisfy herAs neither the lenses or frame could be used for anyone else, she was offered a refund of the total amount less 20% restocking to cover our expensesAlthough unhappy, she readily acceptedTherefore, in an attempt resolve this issue enclosed please find a copy of a check in the amount of $payable [redacted] ***The check is being mailed simultaneously to this letterDr [redacted]
