Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below[redacted] 's office has not furnished us with any detailed breakdown of what he has been paid (as requested a month ago), copies of signed paperwork authorizing treatment (if any).? The estimates his office provided to us for the bridgework weren't even close to what the dental insurance would cover.? He has supposedly worked with many insurance carriers in his years of being a dentist, so I believe we were purposely mislead by his high estimates of our insurance coverage he provided.? There was no transparency regarding some of his fees nor were the estimates? provided us anywhere close to what Delta Dental actually paid.? He "high-balled" the estimates of what our insurance would cover and then figured he had us over a barrel after he'd received ~$from us and over ~$from our insurance company.? The only dental work he did was two simple extractions, semi-annual cleaning, xrays, and impressions for the beginning of a bridge.? I've offered to reimburse his actual material costs associated with ordering the framework for the bridge, and he has refused that offer; and he will not provide us with copies of the written estimates nor any other paperwork (as? I have requested).? His charges are extremely high for the area, we were not furnished all fees up front (only the bridgework fees),? and were quoted? completely off-the-wall estimates as to our insurance.(I don't think he ever even checked with Delta Dental as to what they would pay), and from what I've read on internet reviews of this dentist, we're not the first to be screwed by this dentist's lack of transparency and his ethics.? We've now had to find another dentist to complete the bridgework, and she found two teeth with significant decay that will require filling and a crown before the bridgework can be completed.? [redacted] mentioned nothing of the significant decay on these teeth that he planned to attach the bridgework to.? Regards, [redacted]
