Dear Ms***I just received your complaint regarding your bill of $for a missed appointment After talking with the staff they said you did call on Monday requesting the $to be removed The person that was speaking with you tried to get your name so she could go into
your son's account and delete the amount but when she started to ask you your name you had hung up and there was no way for her to know how to get a hold of you The matter has been resolved and we are sending you a receipt showing there is nothing owed per your request I hope you find an office that will be better able to accommodate your needs.
