I am rejecting this response because: if they tried to satisfy me like they claim or make good on the contract, what am I doing filing this complaint and why am I asking for them to honor and finish the contractit seems as if somebodys integrity is questionable, they got their money and then some, so why don't they finish the contract and not portrait themselves as rip offs like what I'm a victim of them doing to me right now

This statement is to address the complaint filed by [redacted], against Jeffery M[redacted] Plumbing.I was employedby Jeffery M[redacted] Plumbing from August 2014, to February 2015. My job responsibilities was to manage the Plumbing Permits.  As an employ** in management I was able to witness...

the attitude of Mr. [redacted].My observations are as follows:  Mr. [redacted] was aclient that [redacted] gave special attention to.   [redacted] tried his best to satisfyMr. [redacted], but to no avail. Mr.[redacted] would come into the office only to complain.  Mr. [redacted] also complained to [redacted] s mother,
not caring that her son Jeffery M[redacted], was missing,no compassion on his part.  Even [redacted] s mother tried to satisfyMr. [redacted].The agr**ment Mr. [redacted] had was with Jeffery M[redacted] Plumbing, not M[redacted] Plumbing Inc.   Jeffery M[redacted] has b**n missingsince Nov. 8th 2014.   Dueto complications of a missing Responsible Managing Employ**, Jeffery M** kPlumbing, had to be dissolved.
