I am rejecting this response because: Your complaint is all wrong! *** has called me twice and argued with me and harassed me and I have not disrespected her over the phoneI came to her office because she had just called me and accused me of skipping rent and before I was able to get my response she hung up the phone on meThat was the second time she called me and hung up so I went to her office to finsish the conversationShe has HORRIBLE customer service and loves arguing over the phone and saying what is on her mind but cannot say anything in personI asked her why did she hang up on me when I was talking and her immature response was the phone hung up itself* specifically said she doesn't work there to help the tenants she works there to help the companyShe is lying, my friend did not say he lived there as wellI am appalled at this apartments response*** needs to be fired from her lying on this complaintI will not pay anything this place has billed me for*** treated me as if I owed her all the money I am being billed forShe treated me like I was far below her and I will not accept being treated like this by anyone when I have sacrificed my time and life for this country*** is a horrible manager and will bring this company down as long as she is in charge.

Review: In January of 2013 I stopped at the Jeffrey New York store and asked about certain shoes models. I left my credit card information and asked salesperson to call me when they will go on sale. In about a week a received a package with four pairs of shoes. One of these pairs was not my size. I shipped this pair back to the store. Few days later I received my package back with a note this was a final sale. I shipped this package back to the store stating that no one informed me that this purchase was a final sale. The purchase price for this shoes is $598.00. I never singed credit card slip confirming word of the final sale. Company never called me about shipping the order as it was agreed initially. Jeffrey New York still has a merchandise and I never received a refund for returned shoes.Desired Settlement: Refund for returned shoes in the amount $598.00.
